• We visit the Assisted Living Homes and Communities to make sure they are safe, clean, and have a positive and nurturing environment.

• Our service is completely free of charge to you because we receive a referral fee from the Senior Housing Community that you choose.

Steps For Finding Your Placement:

• An initial phone call with Serenity Senior Services will allow us to gather some basic information and set up a personal meeting.

• Serenity Senior Services will meet with you personally to determine your needs, and will choose the most appropriate Communities to visit.

• We will arrange tours and accompany you to each pre-selected Senior Housing location.

• Follow-up visits and periodic phone calls will be made after placement to ensure that you are satisfied and comfortable in your new Community.
